Damon Dash Cashes Out In LA-LA Land
New York hip hop mogul Damon Dash and his fashion designer wife Rachel Roy have sold their Benedict Canyon home for $3.6 million.

The four-bedroom, 5,800 square foot home was purchased about five years ago.
Dash, 36, made his fortune (estimated more than $50 million) with Roc-A-Fella Records, Rocawear, and other successful producing projects.The couple stated that they spend most of their time in New York, but would consider a beach home if they (stay married) purchased in the the Los Angeles area again.
