ISAIAH WASHINGTON DAMAGE CONTROL FALLS SHORT

T.R. KNIGHT and ISAIAH WASHINGTON---AKA... IAGO AND OTHELLO?

Isaiah, baby who are you listening to these days? Who are your handlers? Or as usual are you doing your own thing with the same horrible results. Isaiah Washington was on LARRY KING LIVE last night doing his best damage control dance and it really didn't come off too well. First of all, when you go on all these shows and feel you have to have your "version" heard it sounds real weak. Check out this "children in a school yard exchange" he confesses to between he and his co-star Patrick Dempsey.

Like a scene out of the Shakespeare drama OTHELLO, Isaiah places primary cause for the fracas on an attention grabbing "self outting" plot by co-star T.R. Knight" "The actual Fa**ot Bomb was said to co-star Patrick Dempsey, not T.R. "It was Patrick Dempsey's lateness that eventually push me over the edge and made me use the Fa**ot word." (blame blame blame) "When I confronted him, Patrick Dempsey became unhinged, he sprayed spittle in my face ... He just becomes irate."

Then, I said several bad words something along the lines of, There's no way you're going treat me like the B-word, the P-word, or the F-word." "fa**ot" wasn't meant to be a slur, but just "somebody who is being weak." No Isaiah, back in 5th grade it meant all that plus what sexual persuasion you thought the other guy had.

Somebody peep Isaiah to the ABC Television's SPIN CITY where Michael J. Fox was late for months to the irate of his cast. But no one ever confronted him! In the end, the lateness was Fox covering his Parkinson's disease. The lateness was Fox waiting to stop shaking before he could go in front of the cameras. How relieved do you think that cast was that they didn't mouth off.

You see Isaiah you just never know what someone is going through. Now the producers of your show, Grey's Anatomy, spend a lot of money producing it. So Isaiah listen up, to quote the President, "the producers are the "Deciderers", not you. All you had to do was shut up and collect your big fat check! When will this blow over?

Ask CSI MIAMI's David Caruso, he can tell you how many years after NYPD BLUE he had to serve in television purgatory.
