Dr. Julia Hare, National Executive Director of The Black Think Tank, is widely regarded as one of the most dynamic motivational speakers today.
She is co-author with her husband, Dr. Nathan Hare, of The Endangered Black Family, Bringing the Black Boy to Manhood. Her most recent book is How to Find and Keep a BMW (Black Man Working).
A Tulsa, Oklahoma native, Dr. Hare's formal education includes a B.A in music from Langston University; a master's and Ph.D. In 1979, Hare, along with her husband, formed the think tank in San Francisco with a focus on issues affecting the black family. She has appeared on several television programs and has spoken before the Congressional Black Caucus.
