Vivica Fox's arraignment for driving under the influence, which had been scheduled for today, has been postponed to Sept. 5.
The actress is charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts involving her March 2007 arrest. Giving previous statements about accepting responsiblity for her actions, expect a no contest plea to the charge of driving with a .08 blood-alcohol level.
Right now, the lawyers are likely working out the details, including Fox being on probation for 3 years, a fine over $1000 bucks, suspension of her license, an alcohol program, and other terms and conditions.
