Bynum claimed her man went Ike Turner on her, knocking her down, kicking and repeatedly stomping her until a doorman came to her rescue and intervened.
Friday, a judge ordered Weeks to have no contact with Bynum.
After the hearing, Week's attorney said that his client remains hopeful that the couple will reconcile.
