Last week Black actor, Tracy Morgan of the hit television show “30 ROCK” admitted in court to consuming alcohol on August 4 -- a violation of his probation stemming from a DUI conviction. As a result, Morgan was ordered to wear the SCRAM device an additional 80 days and complete 10 AA meetings by October 23.
If he violates his probation again, Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says Morgan would go to County Jail for 30 days. Morgan violated his probation in Los Angeles when he was arrested for D.U.I. on November 28 of last year in New York.
So after all this trouble and countless warnings, where was Tracy just this last Friday night? … well not home, safe and sober with his wife. Noooo, my man Tracy “I can get my life together” Morgan, was hanging out at a Hollywood club, called Opera. His eyes glossed over like a Diabetic in a candy store.
So we are putting in our prediction now that Tracy will become another Black statistic. File him under... "Lucky Black actors who are too stupid to know they got a good thing and are fired from a hit television show." Isaiah Washington you got company.
