OK Legal Brother of 3BAAS, help me and the rest of the world understand these legal goings on recently reported.
A Man in Texas, Joe Horn, witnesses two guys stealing a neighbors stuff; NOT HIS OWN STUFF, someone else's stuff. He calls 911 and says he has a gun and announces to these authorities that he is going to "get these two guys, they are not getting away." He takes the gun and shoots both of them dead as they cross his lawn trying to get away. The victims were latino illegal imigrants, there in Texas. General consensus is that white, Joe Horn will do no jail time.
OJ Simpson and some guys go after two guy who stole HIS STUFF. They let the FBI (also the authorities) know ahead of time what will take place. They go get His stuff (supposedly with guns). They get HIS STUFF. Leave, no one is shot or hurt. General consensus Black, OJ Simpson will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Sounds like a case of "brown skin" justice to me.
So "Legal Brother" get off that couch with Shawn Chapman Holley and answer the tough questions. (LOL)
