Internet Scores Big Again As Disney Films Go Online


If you are reading this story consider yourself ahead of the curve. And if you have a kid in elementary school you know he or she is still about 5 years ahead of you in internet knowledge. Well, The Walt Disney Company is going to reward your young-one for his diligence, and stream Disney Movies of The Week on line. They will premier Sunday night on television and then for one solid week you will be able to view the entire movie on line at their sight Disney.Com.

"This is a wonderful partnership with ABC, and just another example of how Disney's unmatched, high-quality content can be leveraged on multiple platforms," Paul Yanover, executive vice president and managing director, Disney Online, says in a statement.
The titles that will be shown are "Finding Nemo," "Monsters Inc." and "Peter Pan."
Disney Online is part of the Disney Internet Group, which oversees all of the online properties owned by Burbank's Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS).
Disney operates the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios theme parks in Orlando; owns ABC television network, 10 broadcast stations and more than 60 radio stations; and produces films through Walt Disney Studios.
