Like Your Food Raw? How About Some Dehydrated Salad

In the cooler weather, I crave warm foods, not necessarily anything cooked, just something that feels comforting. While I enjoy soups, I can be quite lazy about pulling out the blender. Here's a great alternative- the dehydrated salad. It gets better, under the hood.

Toss ingredients in a bowl, in this case: tomatoes, corn, spinach, chopped mushrooms and onions.
