Former Anne Klein Design Director and Armani Alum Patrick Robinson has just one rule: ''Never dress for other people.''

Eschewing fussy flounces in favor of fine tailoring, Robinson designs with a surgeonlike precision that constantly makes his doctor dad proud.

Now, his simple, comfortable and drop-dead fabulous rags are all the rage at Target.

That's right -- Target is trying to step their game up with Mr. Robinson's unique sense of style.

HERE'S WHAT THE LINE LOOKS LIKE

A graduate from Parson's School Of Design in New York, the prodigy also designed Giorgio Armani's White Label collection back in the day.

MEANWHILE... Tracy Reese ranks as one of the fashion industry's most successful African-American women whose realm is not relegated to the runway.

Reese has two clothing lines which have been sold at Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, and other top retailers since the mid-1990s.

Her company's sales topped $12 million in 2003, and it launched a Plenty-label home line that same year and a footwear collection the following.
