Jimmy Carter goes to talk to the leaders of Hamas. A group of Palestinians that everyone even he concedes are terrorist. In that alone, is audacity, to think that he would get rational answers and compromise as it pertains to Israel, the Gaza Strip and The West Bank and from those sworn to Israels destruction. But Give Carter huge. World leaders respect him, will talk to him and in most instances he gets things done. Unfortunately Condoleezza Rice, our current Secretary of State who has none of these attributes, is jealous of Carter.
