Wendie Ann Schweikert, 37, was arrested in May 2006 and charged with criminal sexual conduct and committing a lewd act on a minor.
The sexual predator was sentenced to 10 years after pleading guilty Friday.

Never mind the fact that Schweikert was white. The leniency, if there was any, had to do more with her being a female. Now if the woman was fine, unlike this broad, I could even see some attorney with serious bravado arguing for house arrest.
Blacks are complaining about unfavorable treatment here, while White folks are complaining about unfavorable treatment in the case of the White couple savagely murdered in Tennessee allegedly by a group of Blacks. Meanwhile, most Latinos are just going about life doing their own thing, with a few trying to get cousin Guillermo across the Mexican border.
