IMPORTANT NEWS: WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT CANCER

Cancer Update from John Hopkins Hospital:

1. No more plastic containers in the microwave.
2. No more plastic water bottles in the freezer.
3. No more plastic wrap over microwaved food.

Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. That's according to Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, who was on television recently explaining this serious health hazard.

Dr. Fujimoto urged that people should not be heating food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately poisons human cells in the body.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. Why? Because you get the same results minus the dioxin. Things such as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

While paper's not bad, you don't always know what's in it. You're better off using some kind of tempered glass. As it turns out, dioxins are the reason that some fast food restaurants moved away from foam to paper containers.

Fujimoto also pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.

Hey family, we want you around so you can keep supporting us!
