Bobby Cutts Jr., currently incarcerated on a $5 million dollar bond for the murder of a pregnant Ohio woman, will appear in court Friday morning to face murder charges.
The arraignment will spell out the exact details of the indictment, including two counts of aggravated murder against the unborn child believed to have been Cutts second child, and one count against Jessie Davis. Cutts could face the death penalty.
Canton Municipal Court Judge John Poulos had previously set bond for Myisha Ferrell, the high school friend said to have helped Cutts, at $500,000. She is also facing felony charges which include helping Cutts after the alleged murder occured.
As to how Jessie Davis was killed and determining a motive, authorities have yet to disclosed these additional details.
