Elin Nordegren Has The Eye of The Tiger, Rumored To Get $750 Million Pretty Little Green Ones In Divorce Settlement!

All over now ... Tiger Woods and family with dogs

Looks Like Elgin's Gonna Take A Real Licking

Golf maestro Tiger Woods has one thing to say to all the single ladies -- don't even think about coming around daughter Sam, three, and son Charlie, one. Unless, that is - He puts a ring on it (that would be their finger). Otherwise, Elin ain't having it!

More outrageous settlement details, under the hood.

In return, former wife ELIN NORDEGREN, 30, gets the biggest payout ever seen in a celebrity divorce, netting her a whooping three quarters of a billion dollars.

But she can NEVER publicly speak out over his flings with socialite RACHEL UCHITEL, reality star JAIMEE GRUBBS, porn queen JOSLYN JAMES and up to 17 others, who will work out costing him £25million each.

Mistresses ... Jaimee Grubbs, Joslyn James and Rachel Uchitel

A pal said: "Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanising side of their father.

"Tiger's main fear is her telling her story after he's rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter."

Family home ... Elin keeps the properties in Windermere

Swedish ex model Elin ended up with double the sum she originally sought, after her lawyers proved Tiger, 34, was worth much more than the $1billion (£660m) she thought.

Her friend explained: "Elin's legal team have done a great job digging up all sorts of assets.

"The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life - even if Tiger dies first - or she'll lose the lot."

Elin keeps their main home in Windermere, Florida, and a nearby property - jointly worth £3million - plus an apartment in Stockholm and her island farmhouse nearby.Tiger gets a £50million estate in Jupiter Island, Florida, where they had been building a new mansion.

He will also keep their £2million apartment in Los Angeles, when the six-year marriage officially ends.

The pal said: "Everything's signed. Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court. She expects to in the next seven days."

£50m estate on Jupiter Island ... goes to Tiger
£50m estate on Jupiter Island ... goes to Tiger

Elin gets sole physical custody of their kids but they will split legal custody.

That means Tiger will share decisions about their future - so Elin will not be able to permanently relocate them to her native Sweden.

Tiger - believed to be building a golf resort in Dubai and investing in the Bahamas - will be able to see the kids for up to half of each week.

He can renegotiate the custody agreement in five years.

The pal said: "Elin admits that despite everything, Tiger loves his kids and has been a decent dad.

"She is confident he will not pursue seeing the children that much, due to his work and lifestyle.

"plus female members of staff known to Elin.

The pair threw separate birthday parties for daughter Sam last week.Tiger took his office manager Kathy to his. Elin also went along.

A source said: "Elin made an effort not to make it uncomfortable. They handed out goodie bags to the kids together. That was a nice moment."

The previous most costly celebrity divorce was $168 million, paid by basketball star MICHAEL JORDAN to his wife JUANITA in 2007.

While Christie Brinkley & Hubby Settle, What About The Black Man Who Discovered Her Who Got Screwed?

Brinkley, Cook Drama Ends... For Now

Christie Brinkley arrived at divorce court this morning flashing a megawatt smile after settling her dispute with her now fourth ex Peter Cook. Asked whether this was her "independence day," the supermodel said, "Yes. I Hope so."

What NOONE'S mentioned, however, is this little unresolved matter of Errol Sawyer, the African American photographer who discovered Christie Brinkley in Paris back in 1973.

The son of Black playwright Robert Earl Sawyer, Errol introduced Christie to model agent John Casablancas of Elite Model Management with whom he collaborated on portfolio development of prospective models.

Initially hesitate, John had confidence in Errol's taste and agreed to send Christie on several "Go and Sees" the next day, and, as they say, "The rest is history."

Contrary to Mr. Casablancas’s description: “Errol Sawyer was a scout on our payroll.” Except for a small advance against future “Test Shoots”, Elite Model Management compensated Errol Sawyer for normal costs of film and development, but nothing more.

John Casablancas NEVER informed Errol Sawyer that he should have recieved a “Finder’s Fee” of approximately six percent of Ms. Brinkley’s future earnings while under contract with Elite Model Management.

In fact, here's Mr. Sawyer's reaction to the lack of diversity in the modeling industry:

Errol said:

I am an African-American photographer residing in Amsterdam, The Netherlands I discovered Christie Brinkley in Paris, France in 1973 so trust I know what I am talking about.

Unless African-Americans, Africans, Hispanics, Asians begin to boycott the health and beauty products manufactured by transnational conglomerates like L'OreaL and Proctor&Gamble which feed off the minority communities worldwide by insisting they make it a part of their policy not to employ advertising agencies or purchase advertising pages in publications like Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle et al.

Unless these entities diversify the employment of minorities in ALL sectors of the fashion and beauty industry instead of just "models", nothing, absolutely nothing will change simply because contrary to Bethann Hardison's claim that making everyone "aware..." should alter the status quo, which quite obviously reads like a cop-out because I recall her efforts as head of the The Black Models Coalition from twenty years ago and the situation has only gotten worse, power is never surrendered willingly: it must be taken, period.

Looks like Sawyer, who grew up in New York City, Harlem and the Bronx is keeping up with current events. It would be fascinating to hear his take on this case.

Oh well, maybe we'll never know. Because after eight days of scandalous testimony, Brinkley and Cook worked through the night to hash out an agreement on custody and division of marital assets. The two have been fighting over custody of 13-year-old Jack and 10-year-old Sailor since their split in the summer of 2006.

Mainstream media have been hanging on every tidbit of info the trial has offered up. And admittedly, it's been full of salacious revelations about Cook's sex addiction, affair with teenage Diana Bianchi and his $3000-a-month Internet porn habit.

A court-appointed shrink testified that the 49-year-old architect is a narcissist with sexual compulsion but said Brinkley, 54, needs therapy, too, for anger issues.

Meanwhile the man responsible for her "fabulous" career is still waiting for his check! Source

Black Singer Lenny Kravitz Gettting It On With Mrs. Alex Rodriguez???

I really tried to stay away from this story. New Yorkers of course are salivating at just the thought of their Yankee superstar Alex Rodriguez possibly having a romance with "material girl" Madonna. I don't care! Until today, when we find that it all may be true, as Mrs. Alex Rodriguez, Cynthia, has been spotted in Paris in the company of my favorite soul rocker Lenny Kravitz.

According to reports, Cynthia left her two children, the youngest just 3½ months old, back at their Miami home before flying to Paris.

The wild rumor, first reported by perezhilton.com Wednesday, is particularly odd because Madonna and Kravitz used to be an item. The two go back to 1990, the year they first became an item and wrote Madonna's hit "Justify My Love" together.

Perhaps a bit of foreshadowing is the song's first line: "I wanna kiss you in Paris."

Odder still, A-Rod, 32, Madonna, 49, and Kravitz, 44, all share the same manager, Guy Oseary of Untitled Entertainment.

BILL MURRAY'S WIFE SEEKS DIVORCE IN LIGHT OF YEARS OF BEATDOWNS

Is This The Reason His Bosley Character Was Replaced With Bernie Mac???

Wife of entertainer Bill Murray has filed for divorce after nearly 11 years of marriage, alleging the "Charlie's Angel" and "What About Bob?" star abused her and is seriously addicted to marijuana and alcohol.

Jennifer Butler Murray filed divorce papers May 12 in Charleston County. She owns a home on Sullivans Island, S.C., where she lives with the couple's four children.

The complaint was first reported by The Post and Courier of Charleston. It also alleges frequent abandonment by the former "Saturday Night Live" star.

Bill Murray's attorney, John McDougall, wouldn't comment on the allegations, but said the entertainer "is deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage."

"He and his wife made loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their children," McDougall said. Jennifer Murray's attorney, Robert Rosen, said he had no comment.

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement, which was filed as an exhibit with the divorce papers, before they married in 1997. As part of the agreement, both waived their right to alimony or support if the marriage broke up. However, Murray agreed to pay $7 million to his ex-wife within 60 days of a final divorce decree.

The complaint, which doesn't specify instances of Murray's alleged marijuana or alcohol use, alleges he would often leave without telling his wife and says he "travels overseas where he engages in public and private altercations and sexual liaisons."

BREAKING: STAR JONES UNJUMPS THE BROOM!

Al Gets Divorce Papers From Starlet

Star Jones, whose elaborate, corporate-sponsored wedding won her the nickname "Bridezilla," has filed for a divorce from her husband of about three years, Al Reynolds, according to media reports.

Celebrity television show "Entertainment Tonight" said Jones issued a statement saying she had filed the papers a month ago.

"The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts," Jones said in the statement. "I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman."

Jones, 46, and Reynolds, 39, a banker, were married in 2004 in a lavish wedding in which supplies and services were donated by corporate "sponsors" in return for publicity. Tabloid newspapers referred to her as "Bridezilla."

Jones was a co-host the popular daytime talk show "The View," on which a group of women discuss current affairs, for nearly 10 years before being dropped in 2006. In an interview on NBC's "Today" show after the firing she apologized for getting "caught in the euphoria" of her plans.

"I think I used and some would say abused, my celebrity in planning the wedding," she said on "Today." In Wednesday's statement to "Entertainment Tonight," Jones said she "made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life."

The divorce papers were filed in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan. A spokesman for Jones had no further comment.

They include her wedding ring, five paintings, two sculptures, three checking accounts, full ownership in one production company and half of another, her tax refunds, her Blackberry, four DVD players, pots, pans, and a toaster.

A Blackberry? Pots and pans?????

Shaq & Shaunie: Divorced With Benefits???

Maybe they're just a divorced couple on good terms because of the kids and their history. Or it could be the high profile Black couple are trying to spark some buried ambers. Either way, The Sun's Shaquille O’Neal and ex wife Shaunie appeared to be ‘coupled up’ at the Muhammad Ali event this weekend in Arizona.

After the divorce back in September, rumors over Shaunie's tryst with her personal trainer and Shaq being seen with this wannabe jumpoff suggested that their marriage was OVAH! Well, it’s nice to see these two together trying to show some brotha-sistah love.

Star Jones Tells Husband Al Reynolds I'll See You... In Divorce Court!

Is The Former "View" Talker And Legal Eagle Getting Her Married Wings Clipped?

It appears sistagirl Star Jones has decided to kick hubby Al Reynolds to the curb after less than three and a half years of holy matrimony. “She told Al at the end of January that he had 30 days to get his act together or ‘get out,’” a source told the National Enquirer.

After swapping “I dos” at a much criticized, over-the-top corporate-sponsored wedding, The Reynolds seem to yet another high profile Black celebrity couple unable to keep it together.

“They hadn’t been seeing eye to eye for months and had already spent a great deal of time apart,” a friend of the couple told the Enquirer. “Finally, Star decided it was over. She told Al at the end of January that he had 30 days to get his act together or ‘get out.’”

The pair made a public appearance at the Feb. 1 Baby Phat fashion show in New York City, but allegedly everything fell apart days later. One "source" said, “Al moved some of his things out of their Upper East Side apartment and returned to Miami, where he’d already been spending a lot of time recently.”

While there was always specualtion that Al was gay or bi, noone is saying that this is the real reason behind the split.

“I think Star felt Al had spent their marriage riding her success while she did all the heavy lifting." the source continued. "She resented it. Deep down, Star is a very old-fashioned woman who believes a man should support her emotionally, physically and financially. She now believes Al failed her.”

Getting fired from "The View", her Tru TV show canceled and now this -- humility is a bitch, right family?

Tracey Edmonds & Eddie Murphy Kiss Off Their 2-Week Sham Marriage!

It's Ovah!!!

What kind of stank mess are they pulling on us? Two weeks after Eddie Murphy exchanged vows with Tracey Edmonds and spent crazy paper on that rock in a private—and, as it happens, not legally binding— lavish ceremony in Bora Bora, the couple has separated with no plans for reconciliation. I ain't sayin she a Golddigga, but she ain't...

Per People magazine, the duo called off their union just 14 days after their seaside Jan. 1 nuptials. The breakup followed a less than fairy-tale start, with the first days of the newlyweds' honeymoon marred by screaming matches and arguments that lasted the entire week.

Murphy and Edmonds said their "I do's" on the French Polynesian island in front of 25 friends and family members. The 46-year-old actor and 40-year-old producer had been dating since fall 2007 (following the demise of Murphy's separation from the then pregnant Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown) and became engaged last July.

Shortly after the New Year's ceremony, reps for the couple acknowledged that the wedding, having taken place outside the country, was not legally binding, but that the couple would be making it official upon their return to the States. SO MUCH FOR THAT!

While the lack of a legally recognized union spares them the further embarrasment of a lengthy divorce or annulment, speculation about Eddie's sexuality and Tracey's "Trophy Wife Gone Wild" calculations will now be really on and poppin'.

Edmonds, whose movie-producing credits include Who's Your Caddy? and Good Luck Chuck, was previously married to music mogul Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. The couple, whose divorce was finalized last June, was together for 13 years and has two children together. Murphy's first marriage, to Nicole Mitchell, ended in April 2006 after 13 years and five children.

Steve Harvey's "Packaged, Do-Good, Likeable, Christian-Type Image" Is About To Get Tested As Ex Mary Goes For The Jugular

Steve Harvey's Former Wife Claims She Was Bamboozled By Comedian and His Lawyer

Things are about to publicly get real ugly for Black entertainer Steve Harvey. Mary Harvey, ex-wife of the comedian and everybody's favorite morning radio personality is taking no prisoners, claiming she was conned into a quickie divorce. Unfortunately, it looks like attempts to keep private details about the star's adultery, poor and neglectful parenting, and "physical and mental abuse" are now officially out there for the world to see.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in Texas against her ex-lawyer, Mary Harvey claims that she was defrauded by the comedian (pictured above right with current wife Majorie) and the couple's longtime attorney, who represented them both in their November 2005 divorce. Harvey alleges that she was unaware of her right to independent counsel and, as a result, was severely shortchanged when it came to alimony, division of community property, and child support. Anderson and the 50-year-old comedian sought to "quickly and quietly dispose of the divorce" because there were "many things that Steve Harvey... did during the Harveys' marriage that he did not want the public to know about. I must say, it did seem rather sudden when Harvey remarried. Before his show went national and he was in Los Angeles, he would go on and on about his wife and how a man should treat a woman. In fact, does anyone remember when he and Mary had their foundation that was instrumental in getting more books into LA classrooms. Oh well, so much for nostalgia.

Check out the court complaint Mary filed. Black love turned ugly people. Not cool!

En Vogue's Dawn Robinson Has To Put Reality TV On Hold As Husband Dre Allen Yells "Cut"

Over Before It Even Got Started?

Back in September family, we told you all about En Vogue's Dawn Robinson's upcoming reality tv show. In fact, we even let you see the video.

Well, apparently the two have gone the Bobby Brown-Whitney Houston, Jessica Simpson-Nick Lachey and Britney Spears-Kevin Federline route... Except they've reportedly broke up BEFORE the show even aired.

Media Take Out has put it out there that it was actually Dawn's husband Dre Allen who walked out on her. Here's the reported scoop from Dre:

People are sending mass messages saying that they think I should just stay in the relationship with Dawn because we have a TV show coming out & that I'm so close & that I shouldn't sabotage myself. WTF??? So you endorse using a person to get where you need to be. IM SORRY! I just have to believe that I have enough talent to get there independent of who I am with in my personal life. I am not going to do a disservice to Dawn & myself by staying with her to get a f**king TV show or some popularity. I love her but I am a firm believer in the fact that you also have to like a person to make it work. THAT I don't. Maybe I have issues with myself but I have to work those out independently. As for ego... its about 25% that! The rest is fatigue, sadness, & anger. I am tired ... it is over. Period.I am sorry if some of my fans are disappointed by that but you would be far more disappointed if you woke up to read that we stressed each other to death. Maybe not. Anywhoo...I love you all... STOP WORRYING ABOUT ME! I'LL LAND ON MY FEET...I ALWAYS DO.

Dre Allen

The Latest On Jonathan Plummer, Black Author Terry McMillian's Gay Ex

Are We Hatin' On Plummer For Being Gay???

When Jonathan Plummer came out the closet during his marriage to Terry "Waiting To Exhale" McMillan, the fit hit the shan. Now that he's penned a pseudo-fictional novel, Balancing Act (Simon & Schuster), more drama in o7 seems to the theme between the warring former couple. And Marcus Books in Oakland, described by one customer as stocking books "by and about Black people everywhere," has allegedly jumped into the fray by refusing to stock his novel, which centers around a young man who falls in love with a wealthy older woman before revealing he's gay.

The book was loosely based on his relationship with his wealthy ex-wife, Terry McMillan, 55, and Plummer, 32, divorced in 2005, eventually settling for an undisclosed amount. McMillan appeared on a 2005 episode of Oprah, and bitterly explained that her relationship with Plummer went sour after he concealed the fact that he was living on the downlow. McMillan's relationship with Plummer reportedly inspired her to write 1996's How Stella Got Her Groove Back.

When Plummer announced his book deal earlier this year, all the negative attention seemed to work in his favor. Entertainment Weekly gushed over Act, claiming it was "so juicy, it sweats." But McMillan wasn't as enthused. The literary behemoth sued her ex for $40 million for attempting to tarnish her reputation. While the brotha has to make a living, it does seem like our girl got played big time and is still getting a raw deal. Or maybe it's just me.

Latina Anchor Mirthala Salinas Says Adios To Telemundo, Continues To Hang With LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa

"We are not in a position to make any further comment on our discussions with Ms. Salinas surrounding her departure, but we have mutually agreed to end her employment with KVEA 52."

And it's done! Newscaster Mirthala Salinas and Spanish-language network Telemundo have parted ways effective October 1, 2007 over her relationship with our city's mayor. July 5 Statement: Mirthala Salinas

Executives at the station's parent company, Telemundo, suspended Salinas Aug. 2 for two months without pay after determining her relationship with the mayor had violated Channel 52's ethical standards.

Latino mayor Antonio Villaraigosa announced June 8 that he and his wife, Corina, were separating after more than 20 years of marriage. At that time, the mayor did not answer whether he was romantically involved with someone else, citing his family's privacy. Corina Villaraigosa filed for divorce June 12. Salinas was a fill-in anchor on evening newscasts in June when she announced the news of Villaraigosa's separation from his wife. Salinas led the story by saying, "The rumors were true."

What she didn't tell viewers was that she had been in a relationship with Villaraigosa. The mayor acknowledged the long-rumored affair on July 3 after a newspaper story revealed details of the relationship. "It is true that I have a relationship with Ms. Mirthala Salinas. As I've said, I take full responsibility for my actions, and I once again ask that people respect my family's privacy. For my part, I intend to stay focused on my job, and to work as hard as I can every day to be the best mayor I can be," Villaraigosa said in his July statement.

Salinas issued a statement of her own confirming the relationship. "I first got to know the mayor at a professional level where we went on to become friends," she said in the statement. "The current relationship grew out of our existing friendship. While we are both public figures, I hope that everyone can understand and respect my desire to maintain my privacy when it comes to personal relationships."

After the two-month suspension, management reassigned Salinas to the Inland Empire Riverside area as a reporter. She was scheduled to begin work Monday at the bureau, but did not arrive, according to the station. Salinas had covered politics for KVEA, including stories on Villaraigosa's effort to gain control over the Los Angeles Unified School District. She also covered Villaraigosa when he traveled to New York City in March 2006 and Sacramento three months later. Salinas, 35, worked at the station for a decade. Her contract with Telemundo expires in December.

Paula White Is The Princess Di Of The Faith Based Community: So, What's Her Story?

Honestly, before all this discussion about Juanita Bynum and Thomas Weeks getting divorced, I had never even heard of Pastor Randy and TD Jakes prodigy Paula White.

Our sister is the one who started blogging about the White's impeding split, which made me curious about this Kelli "American Idol Southern Belle" Pickler look-a-like who speaks in a language that Black folks can relate to.

Paula White Is Handling Her Split From Her Husband And Pastor Well, But Juanita Bynum Needs A New Media Strategy

The Pastor Randy And Paula White Divorce: Lessons From The Pulpit

What sometimes seems like a case of the dueling divorcing female evangelists, last week it was Paula White's turn to appear on TBN since the announcement of her divorce. Like Prophetess Juanita Bynum - who also calls Bishop T.D. Jakes a mentor - TBN was the first stop for White after the very public announcement of her divorce from Randy White with whom she served as co-pastor of their Without Walls International Church in Tampa, Florida.

For me, if Juanita Bynum "hit it out of the park" with her appearance on TBN, Paula White "hit the game-winning home run" with hers. She was amazing!

Interviewed by contemporary Christian music artist, Carman, White sat poised and humbled as she communicated the power of her spiritual life which she credited with keeping her strong during this very challenging time for rarely is the loss of a marriage ever easy.

Upon first coming on to the program, Carman referred to her as a life coach as well as a minister of the gospel. I found the usage of this secular characterization interesting, yet powerful. I enjoy seeing people evolve in their gifts. White's powerful preaching and teaching cannot be denied.

What I also found interesting was...

This sistah has so much more to say>>>

Bishop Weeks Pulls The Reigns On Juanita Bynum's Divorce Plans

Attorneys for a preacher accused of attacking his televangelist wife in a hotel parking lot said today that that they will contest her petition for divorce.

Randy Kessler, one of the attorneys representing Thomas W. Weeks III, said they are considering whether their counterclaim will accuse Juanita Bynum of cruel treatment - the same charge her divorce petition levels at him.

A lawyer for the 48-year-old Bynum filed the divorce petition against the 40-year-old Weeks yesterday in Ware County, where Bynum has a home. According to the two-page document, Bynum and Weeks were married on July 22nd, 2002, and have been separated since June.
They have no children together.

Bynum cited "cruel treatment" as grounds for divorce, and said the marriage is "irretrievably broken." The filing came less than three weeks after Bynum accused Weeks of choking, pushing and stomping her in a hotel parking lot August 22nd.

Weeks, known to his followers as Bishop Weeks, was charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats and is not allowed to have contact with Bynum. Whether Weeks' attorneys decide to pursue a cruel treatment claim against Bynum is up to him.
