Black bloggers are keeping close watch on Paula, rumored to be pregnant with the couple's first child. Reports of a baby bump have followed the film star since MTV's Video Music Awards last September in Las Vegas. At Jay-Z's New Year's Eve party, also in Vegas, that bump seems to have gotten considerably bigger. Stay tuned!
