STATESBORO (AP) — A White Georgia woman who claims Chris Rock is the father of her child is withdrawing a lawsuit filed last month in Georgia and is now refiling it in New York, according to a published report.
Kali Bowyer claims the 42-year-old actor and comedian is the father of her child. The kid, now 13, has some health problems and she needs to know the child's medical history.
Rock and his wife, Malaak (pictured), have been married for 10 years. They have two young children and live in Brooklyn, New York. (Divorce looming? - click here)

He's not denying he got busy with this woman. If Bowler prevails, expect Rock to cough up money for court costs, attorney fees and medical bills. After all, this will be a no-brainer in terms of child support if results point to the brother who won't let go of the "n" word.
