BET has decided to air a show based on the popular web site Hot Ghetto Mess. If you haven't visited the web site, you ought to. You'd have to see it to believe it. At first, I was ready to blast the site and its founder Jam Donaldson. But, looking to give her the benefit of the doubt, I took the time to check out the entire site.
Donaldson says her primary objective is to show the good, the bad and the ugly of our community with the intent of emphasizing how much better we can be. With all due respect, it's good intentions with an awful approach.
