Ozzie's rocker wife is replacing actress/singer Brandy as a judge on the new season of "America's Got Talent." This probably has a lot to do with that car crash Brandy was in that resulted in a woman being killed back in December [TMZ].
Speculation continues that she may be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
