Police say 19-year-old Orlando Brown was driving without lights, then found nine grams of marijuana in the car after pulling him over.
Charged with possession of marijuana, Brown's first court appearance is set for April 17. An actor, singer, and rapper from Los Angeles, Orlando is most famous for his role of "Eddie Thomas" on Disney's "That's So Raven."

Likely disposition will be either drug diversion with a dismissal (In California anyway) or probation and a fine. If Brown fights the case, he may win the battle - but lose the war with Mickey Mouse.
