BARACK ON EVERYTHING EXCEPT IMUS

NO TO HILLARY'S V.P. & FOX/BLACK CAUCUS DEBATE

Barack Obama isn't interested in running for vice-president of the United States and made that clear during an appearance Monday on CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman."

"No, you don't run for second," Obama said.

Obama also said he's not going back to Chicago very often. "My wife is starting to refer to me as her first husband," he said. "It's a little disturbing."

In other news, Hillary Clinton is joining Obama in not participating in a Democratic debate co-hosted by Fox News Channel this fall, campaign aides indicated Monday.

The September 23rd debate, set for Detroit, is co-sponsored by the cable news network and by the Congressional Black Caucus Political Education and Leadership Institute. John Edwards announced last week he wasn't co-signing on the event either.
