A federal judge found today in favor of veteran music icon George Clinton. The judge agreed that music labels Capitol Records and Priority Records illegally re-released four albums from his 1970s band Funkadelic. The four albums (1976-1981) were "Hardcore Jollies,'' "One Nation Under a Groove,'' "Uncle Jam Wants You'' and "The Electric Spanking of War Babies.'' A trial on monetary damages owed to Clinton by the two labels will be held on Feb. 5.
